LONG LIGHT DINNER: FEATURING BIRDIE G'S MATTHEW SCHALER & CAMINS 2 DREAMS WINE

We are delighted to host Matthew Schaler, Executive Chef of the Rustic Canyon Family’s Birdie G's, for a very special dinner at Cuyama Buckhorn. Tucked within Santa Monica’s historic Bergamot Station and helmed by Matthew and James Beard-nominated Chef/Owner Jeremy Fox, the restaurant playfully combines Eastern European cuisine and the chefs’ respective childhood memories with California’s abundant produce and a unique larder. The meal will be a reflection of Matthew’s favorite, regional farmers and a celebration of the Golden State’s summer offerings, complimented by Camins 2 Dreams wines. Mireia Taribó and Tara Gomez, who own and run Camins 2 Dreams wines will be pairing their local bottles from the Santa Rita Hills with the multi-course meal and sharing a little peek behind the scenes of their wine-making process. Join us for dinner at our ranch table, where we love to bring together friends old and new, for a truly unique chance to experience Chef Schaler's creations and local, women-owned wines in an intimate setting. Besides incredible food and drink, you can expect to enjoy our artfully restored resort grounds surrounded by the golden foothills of the Los Padres National Forest.
