We are partnering with Santa Barbara's La Paloma Cafe for a weekend-long event celebrating the coast and the valley of our Santa Barbara County. Join us to embark on a journey through the cuisine, spirits, wines, and beauty of the West Coast!
BRINGING THE SANTA BARBARA COAST TO THE CUYAMA VALLEY:
The weekend will include:
- Cocktail making class with La Paloma’s lead bartender and Mezcal expert Jorge Báez
- Guided Mezcal tasting with Jorge Báez
- Seminar with Travis Meyer of Travis Haha Fishing, teaching the Ikejime method of preparing fish
- 5-course sea-centric chef collaboration dinner with Chefs Jeremy Tummel and Daniel Horn
- Screening of "Becoming Cousteau" followed by a Q+A with filmmaker Mark Monroe
- Live music, bonfires, and more!
